Fitness Influencers that I look up to

Hello,

Lets talk about some of my favorite fitness influencers that I follow on Instagram.
I want to talk about this because often times I find myself looking at their Instagrams searching for a new workout.

Katy Hearn is my all time favorite fitness influencer, though she recently had a baby she does not post workout related stuff anymore but her and her husband have an app you can download. Within this app is so many different plans you can purchase to help you workout either in the gym or at home. If you are wanting to purchase a workout guide I strongly encourage you to take a look at her guides, they are pretty affordable as well!

They also have their own supplement line! I love their BCAAS and their pancake protein!

I started following Katy Hearn as soon as began working out which was over 3 years ago and have always looked up to her! I love her body and even her life (scary I know)! She owns her own gym and is killing the shoulder gains!

Prior to having baby Axel her page was all about fitness, she posted workouts all the time which is what I began to follow!

You might recognize her husband as the man who dropped the 495 lb bench press on himself (it was seen on ridiculousness).

Because of her posts I learned more and more and studied her form to ensure I wouldn't hurt myself!

Another one of my favorite fitness influencers is Olivia Ostrom, she is a fitness coach and is very active. even though she has 48.1K followers she always responds to my messages very fast and gives great detail in answering the questions I have.

On her page you can kind tons of exercises and tips for dropping fat!

Although her fitness plan is very expensive ($900), she knows what she is doing!

Just following her page you will still get a lot of information on workouts and diets!
