Back Day

Back day is my second favorite day. I love feeling the stretch at the top of every workout. Focusing on the muscle and the workout leaves me feeling accomplished after every workout!

Inverted rows are my favorite back workout to do! Its sort of like an upside down push up! No matter what it leaves me feeling sore the next day!! Better yet it doesn't just target back, it hits biceps and traps as well.

Somedays I get super nervous about doing them in an open gym with tons of people there. If I know I am going to be hitting back that day then I make sure to go at a time that its pretty empty!

3X failure assisted pull ups
4X12 wide grip lat pull downs 
4X12 close grip lat pull downs 
4X12 each arm dumbbell rows 
4X10 seated rows 
Superset 
4X10 inverted rows   
4X20 Hyperextension 

2X failure pushups
